Appeal to locate teen missing from Sydney Olympic Park

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage boy missing from the Sydney Olympic Park area.

Mohammed Abukhalifa, aged 14, was last seen on Jamieson Street, Sydney Olympic Park, about 5.30pm today (Friday 26 April 2024).

When he failed to return home and could not be located or contacted, officers attached to Auburn Police Area Command were notified and commenced enquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family hold serious concerns for Mohammed welfare as he lives with autism and is non verbal.

Mohammed is described as being of Mediterranean/Middle Eastern appearance, 172cm tall, slim build, with short black hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen wearing a navy-blue shirt with a white section on the front and black pants. Mohammed was also seen riding a silver scooter with black hand grips.

He is known to frequent the Wentworth Point and Sydney Olympic Park areas.
