Detectives from the Fawkner Sexual Offences and Child Abuse Investigation Team have arrested a man after reports of women being followed in the Coburg area.
It is alleged multiple women were followed by the man between 29 April and 8 May.
A search warrant was executed at an address in Coburg this morning and a 40-year-old man was arrested.
The 40-year-old Coburg man was charged with multiple counts of stalking and he will appear at the Broadmeadows Magistrates’ Court today.
