National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) systems have not been affected by the CrowdStrike global IT outage , with participant facing services continuing to be available.
The Agency will continue to monitor the situation over the weekend and will proceed with a scheduled outage of some systems from Saturday 20 July 10:00pm to Sunday 21 July 2024 10:00am AEDT.
This includes updates to the:
- NDIS app
- my NDIS provider portal
- myplace provider portal.
The Department of Home Affairs has warned Australians to be vigilant against scammers attempting to take advantage during the outage.
