The myplace participant portal will be down during these times, or for most of it.

Please plan around this if required.

During this outage, you can:

  • use the my NDIS app (noting this will be offline from Thursday 26 October AEDT 8 pm to 2 am the following day – 6 hours)
  • call the NDIS on 1800 800 110 for support, during opening hours.

The National Contact Centre is open Monday to Friday, 8 am to 8 pm (local time).
