2021 Australian Church History Symposium in pictures

The Australian Catholic Church History Symposium was established during 2020 to promote contemporary public discourse on the rich tradition of the local Catholic community and its place in modern Australian life.

The presenters included the Honourable Chief Justice Peter Quinlan, a former Governor of the University of Notre Dame; Professor Francis Campbell, Vice Chancellor of the University of Notre Dame Australia; and Eva Skira (AM), Chair of the Trustees for St John of God Healthcare.

During the evening’s event there wwere three, twenty-minute presentations on the question ‘What is your story of Catholicism and what is your hope for the future of the Church?’

Following the presentations, the audience were encouraged to participate in a question and answer session.
