Council has recently awarded six applications for funding totalling $1,500 under the 2023/24 Council Community Grants Program.
The ‘Youth Development’ Grant Category is offered at a set amount of $250 per applicant and is available to support high achievement in a cultural, academic, or sporting activity that requires attendance at a State, National or International level event.

Kian Henman | $250 Youth Development Grant to assist with the costs of attending the 2023 NSWCHS Swimming & Diving State Championships. He will be representing 15-yr boys in the 4 x 50m freestyle relay. |
Cadell Thompson | $250 Youth Development Grant to assist with the costs of attending the 2023 NSWPSSA Swimming State Championships. He will be representing Riverina boys junior relay 4 x 50m. |
Callum Dunn | $250 Youth Development Grant to assist with the costs of attending the Southern States Rugby Championships. |
Josh Madden | $250 Youth Development Grant to assist with the costs of attending the Southern States Rugby Championships. |
Deegan Tiffin | $250 Youth Development Grant to assist with the costs of attending the 2023 NSWPSSA Boys Open Rugby League State Championships. |
