Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Abulla Mohamed.
The 38-year-old is wanted on warrant in relation to a weapon offence.
Mohamed is described as approximately 173cm tall, with a slim build, black hair and brown eyes.
He is known to frequent the Carlton area.
Investigators have released an image of Mohamed in the hope someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
