ACCC
The ACCC has issued a final determination granting authorisation to Qantas Airways Ltd and American Airlines Inc in respect of their aviation alliance on trans-Pacific routes. Similar arrangements between Qantas and American Airlines have been authorised since 2011.
The ACCC has decided to grant authorisation for 5 years, until 30 October 2031.
