ACCC
The ACCC has granted authorisation to Tabcorp VIC Pty Ltd to allow Racing and Wagering Western Australia (RWWA) to participate in the SuperTAB totalisator pool. Similar arrangements between Tabcorp and RWWA have been authorised since 2012.
The ACCC considers that the Proposed Conduct is likely to result in a public benefit in the form of enhanced product offerings for consumers from having a larger and more stable totaliser pool. The ACCC considers that the Proposed Conduct is unlikely to result in public detriment.
The ACCC decided to grant authorisation for 6 years, until 15 August 2032.
