ACCC
On 2 September 2026, the ACCC issued a determination granting authorisation for Google LLC and Epic Games, Inc to give effect to certain terms of a settlement the parties have reached to resolve ongoing litigation between them in Australia, until 30 September 2032. Those terms relate to the Google Play service fees that Google may charge developers and to the display and use of alternative payment options to Google Play Billing.
