ACCC
The ACCC has issued a draft determination proposing to grant conditional authorisation to St John of God Health Care, St Vincent’s Health Australia, Cabrini Health, Little Company of Mary Health Care and PFP Alliance to engage in:
- collective negotiations with suppliers
- a collective boycott of suppliers in certain circumstances
- information-sharing arrangements.
The ACCC proposes to grant authorisation for 10 years, subject to the condition. The ACCC has also decided not to grant interim authorisation.
The ACCC is now seeking submissions in response to the draft determination by 13 October 2026, before making its final decision.
