ACCC
The ACCC has issued a draft determination proposing to authorise Tabcorp VIC Pty Ltd to allow Racing and Wagering Western Australia (RWWA) to participate in the SuperTAB totalisator pool. Similar arrangements between Tabcorp and RWWA have been authorised since 2012.
The ACCC proposes to grant authorisation for a period of 6 years.
The ACCC has also granted an interim authorisation to Tabcorp VIC and RWWA while it considers the substantive application.
The ACCC is now seeking submissions in response to the draft determination by 20 August 2026, before making its final decision.
