ACCC
On 16 October 2026, the ACCC released a determination to reauthorise the applicants to coordinate the timing and scheduling of maintenance events at their LNG facilities on Curtis Island in order to:
- limit the extent to which scheduled maintenance works occur concurrently
- optimise efficiency, safety and environmental factors.
This conduct has been conditionally authorised since May 2016. The ACCC has conditionally reauthorised the arrangements for a period of 10 years.
