The ACCC has released an addendum to an issues paper published on 14 August 2026 that sought views on Airservices Australia’s (Airservices) draft price notification.
The addendum seeks stakeholder views on additional information provided by Airservices following publication of the issues paper. This information relates to cost allocation and the impact of Airservices’ proposed price increases on airline costs and passenger ticket prices.
The ACCC has extended the submission period from 25 September 2026 to 9 October 2026 to provide stakeholders further time to review the new material.
