An AFP appointee is scheduled to face Burwood Local Court on 7 April, 2025, charged with two offences.
The man was served with a court attendance notice by NSW Police on 26 February, 2025, to face two charges of breaching section 39(1)(a) of the Firearms Act 1996 (NSW).
