Aggravated burgalry investigation – Beeliar

Fremantle Detectives are investigating an aggravated home burglary that occurred in Beeliar on Friday 3 September 2021.

Around 9.00am the victim was confronted by two men who had broken into her house in East Churchill Avenue. The first man ran off when he saw the victim.

The second man was armed with a knife and demanded money and jewellery from the victim. He then removed other property from her bedroom and loaded it into a bag belonging to the victim.

It’s believed the second man left the house and travelled along Britannia Avenue towards Stock Road and may have been collected in a dark coloured vehicle, which then drove in a southerly direction on Stock Road.

The second man is described as 160-170cm tall and at the time was wearing jeans and a greyish jumper and his head and the lower park of his face was covered with a black balaclava.

Detectives are seeking dash-cam or CCTV of the area between 8.30am – 9.30am footage can be uploaded via the below link:
