Police are investigating an aggravated robbery at an Elizabeth East supermarket a short time ago.
Just after 9pm on Sunday 6 January, a man wearing a balaclava entered the supermarket on Fletcher Road, Elizabeth East armed with a small knife and stole cash from the till.
Fortunately, no staff were injured during the robbery.
Police and Police Dog Ruger are searching the area for the suspect, who left on foot.
He is described as about 170 cm tall and wearing a high-vis shirt.
