Aggravated robbery at Windsor Gardens, South Australia

Police are investigating after an aggravated robbery at Windsor Gardens early this morning.

Just after 3.30am on Tuesday 25 May, police were called to North East Road at Windsor Gardens after reports a man entered a hotel and stole an amount of cash.

The man entered the gaming room of the hotel and threatened staff with a knife before jumping the counter and stealing money from the till.

He left the area on foot and was last seen heading south on Albert Street.

The suspect is described as being Caucasian in appearance, greater than 180cm tall, with a medium to heavy build. He was wearing a black face mask, a light grey coloured ‘Nike’ hooded jumper and black pants.

Fortunately no one was physically injured as a result of the incident.
