Kiama Council
Kiama Council has endorsed the sale of its remaining property on Akuna St, the southern carpark (Lot 4, 5, 6 and 11 DP 229319).
Council has sold the property to Eazy Cleaning PTY Limited (Twinstars HGB).
The sale value remains confidential until settlement is concluded, which is 35 days from contract exchange.
Council used the same open and selective tender processes for this sale as that used for the first set of Akuna St landholdings.
This also included a probity plan and independent valuation of the site.
