Eurobodalla Council is reviewing existing alcohol-free zones and alcohol prohibited areas across the shire, and the community is invited to have their say.
The restrictions allow Police to take action where alcohol consumption in public areas may affect community safety and wellbeing. The existing alcohol-free zones are due for renewal in December 2026. The proposed renewal is on public exhibition from Wednesday 9 September to Thursday 8 October 2026.
