Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Alofa Schuster.
The 48-year-old is wanted on warrant for Drug offences.
Schuster is described as being about 165cm tall with a medium build, red and black hair and brown eyes.
She is known to frequent the St Albans area.
Investigators have released an image of Schuster in the hope someone may be able to provide information on her current whereabouts.
