Anzac Day services held across the region on Tuesday 25 April, will commemorate the 50th anniversary of the end of Australia’s involvement in the Vietnam War.
After a shortened march last year, the Cairns Services Parade will return to its traditional route starting at Fogarty Park, proceeding down the Esplanade past the cenotaph.
Residents unable to attend the Cairns services in person, can watch the livestream on Council’s YouTube channel or Facebook page, starting at 5.25am.
