Appeal for information after man exposes himself at beaches

Bayside Sexual Offences and Child Abuse Investigation Team detectives are appealing for information following reports of a man exposing himself at several Melbourne beaches.

It is understood a man removed all his clothing while exposing himself to multiple victims along Elwood foreshore and Brighton Beach between 1pm and 3pm on Monday, 3 April.

Police were told he also performed a lewd act in front of two of the female victims.

Investigators have released CCTV and a computer-generated image of a man they believe may be able to assist with their enquiries.

The man is perceived to be Asian in appearance, about 170cm tall, and aged between 20 and 30.

He was wearing grey track pants, runners and carrying a black backpack and grey towel.
