Appeal for information after motorbikes stolen – Morisset

Investigators are appealing for information after several motorbikes and equipment were stolen from a motorcycle dealer at Morisset on Monday.

Between 1.30am and 6am on Monday 8 May 2023, two people forced entry to the store on Alliance Avenue, Morisset, through a wall.

Police have been told they took five Yamaha motorbikes and riding equipment including helmets, gloves, goggles and kitbags, before leaving in a grey ute.

Police from Lake Macquarie Police District attended the scene and have commenced inquiries into the incident.

Investigators have now released CCTV images of two people and a grey ute seen in the area at the time, and believe they and the driver can assist police with their inquiries.
