Appeal for information following indecent exposure in Southbank

Police are appealing for public assistance following reports a woman exposed herself at a tourist attraction in Southbank last month.

Investigators have been told a female visitor to Melbourne’s highest observation deck on Riverside Quay entered the bathrooms about 8.30pm on 9 March.

She then exposed her buttocks to two teenage girls in the bathroom who were on a school excursion.

The teenage girls left the bathroom, joining their classmates, when the offender walked past and pulled her top down, exposing herself again.

The offender was last seen leaving the venue with a male.

The woman is described as having a medium build with blonde hair and is aged in her late twenties to early thirties.

Investigators have released CCTV and an image of a female they believe may be able to assist with their enquiries.

Anyone who witnessed the incident is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or submit a confidential report at www.crimestoppersvic.com.auExternal Link.
