Appeal to locate boy missing from Sydney’s south west

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenager missing from Sydney’s south west.

Phillip Korotiya, aged 14, was last seen at a home in Beaumaris Street, Enfield, about 9am on Thursday 25 January 2024.

When he did not return and could not be located, officers attached to Burwood Police Area Command were notified yesterday (Friday 26 January 2024) and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family hold concerns for Phillip due to his young age.

He is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 160cm tall with slim build, with black hair.

Phillip was last seen wearing a black shirt and black jeans.

He is known to frequent Alexandria and Sydenham, and is believed to have attended Sydenham about 12pm yesterday (Friday 26 January 2024).
