Appeal to locate man reported missing from Pyrmont

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Pyrmont.

Ben McDonald, 51, was last seen at a home on Pyrmont Bridge Road, about 8.40am today (Sunday 2 April 2023).

When he could not be located, officers attached to Leichhardt Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family members hold serious concerns for Ben’s welfare.

Ben is described as being of Caucasian appearance, 175cm tall, with a slim build, bald and brown eyes.

He was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt, blue jeans and thongs, he may also be wearing spectacles.

Ben was last seen heading towards Camperdown and is known to frequent the Glebe area.

Anyone with information of his whereabouts, or who may have seen Ben, is urged to call Glebe Police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
