Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage girl missing from the state’s central coast.
Zara Pappas, aged 15, was last seen in Hamlyn Terrace about 9pm on Sunday 9 August 2026.
When she could not be located or contacted, officers attached to Tuggerah Lakes Police District were notified on Tuesday 11 August 2026 and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.
Family hold concerns for Zara’s welfare due to her age.
Zara is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 150cm tall, of thin build, with long brown hair, and brown eyes.
She was last seen wearing black tights, a black top, a jumper and “Nike TN” shoes.
Zara is known to frequent the Wollongong, Newcastle, Central Coast, and Sydney CBD areas.
