Police have charged a man following investigations into a robbery in Burpengary on 31 August.
It will be alleged shortly before 6.35pm, a group of three people assaulted a man, stealing his jewellery at a train station on Burpengary Road.
It is further alleged the trio left the scene and returned a short time later armed with weapons before further assaulting the man.
The 36-year-old man sustained serious injuries and was taken to the Redcliffe Hospital in a stable condition.
An 18-year-old Kallangur man has been charged with one count each of armed robbery, assault occasioning bodily harm and acts intended to cause grievous bodily harm.
He is due to face Pine Rivers Magistrates Court today, 3 September.
A 19-year-old Mango Hill man and a 22-year-old Caboolture man have also been charged with one count each of armed robbery, assault occasioning bodily harm and acts intended to cause grievous bodily harm.
They are both due to face Pine Rivers Magistrates Court tomorrow, 4 September.
