Police have arrested three people in relation to the death of 33-year-old Joshua Terry.
Josh was found deceased in a garden at the Western Community Centre in Nawton, Hamilton on December 1 2019.
A Hamilton woman, 24, a Hamilton man, 60, and a Waihi woman, 45, have all been charged with Kidnapping and Injuring with Intent.
They will appear in the Hamilton District Court on April 12.
Police wish to thank the community and the victim’s family for their support which has enabled Police to hold these people to account several years on from Josh’s death.
