Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Ashley Anderson.
The 64-year-old man is wanted on warrant in relation to obtaining property by deception, failing to answer bail and contravening a court order.
Anderson is described as being about 172cm tall with an obese build, blue eyes and white hair.
He is known to frequent the Mildura area.
Investigators have released an image of Anderson in the hope someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
