Ashurst advised on the asset disposals of global IT service provider ITCS to Smart IMS Inc

Global law firm Ashurst advised on the disposal of ITCS Group’s business to Smart IMS Inc., a provider in Managed Services and Unified Communications, in providing infrastructure management, virtualisation, digital transformation services and IT-managed services to its large client base in the Asia Pacific region based out of Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan and Australia.

Ashurst’s corporate transactions team in Singapore worked closely with the restructuring and dispute resolution practices across Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan and Australia to provide strategic advice to its client.
