Global law firm Ashurst is strengthening its US projects practice with the relocation of partner Jonathan Turner to Los Angeles from the firm’s London office in early 2022.
Jonathan’s practice is focused on transit and infrastructure projects, particularly rail projects, advising both the public and private sectors. He has extensive experience advising on the structuring and running of major procurement exercises and developing bespoke project documentation, including arrangements relating to construction, operations, maintenance, P3 projects, development, financing, capacity enhancements, network extensions and rolling stock procurements.
