Global law firm Ashurst announces the appointment of Inna Zaychik as counsel in its Global Markets practice, based in New York.
Inna’s practice focuses on prime brokerage, OTC and listed derivatives, futures, structured products, capital market and commodities matters. Prior to joining Ashurst, Inna was a Director with Bank of America Merrill Lynch where her practice focused on OTC derivatives and prime brokerage documentation, and a senior attorney in the derivatives group of an international law firm.
Inna has extensive experience advising hedge fund and institutional asset managers, global financial institutions, including banks, broker-dealers, and futures commission merchants, and end users on the documentation, structuring, and regulatory compliance and enforcement matters related to futures, swaps and OTC derivatives across a broad range of asset classes. In recent years, Inna has been involved with the implementation of regulatory reforms impacting derivatives and financial markets more generally.
