Ashurst Perkins Coie advises Lizy Group on the first securitisation of its vehicle leasing receivables

Ashurst Perkins Coie advised Lizy Group NV on the structuring and implementation of the first securitisation of its leasing receivables, arising from its vehicle leasing activity to SMEs in Belgium and France, funded by ABN AMRO as senior investor and by Pollen Street Capital as mezzanine lender.

Lizy is a vehicle leasing company dedicated to SMEs and entrepreneurs, enabling businesses to lease a vehicle in just a few clicks and have it delivered in less than three weeks.

This transaction was completed on 17 June 2026.
