Ashurst Perkins Coie advises PX3 Partners and Cleanova on acquisition of SV Techsol

Global law firm Ashurst Perkins Coie has advised PX3 Partners Limited and Cleanova US Inc. on the strategic acquisition of SV Techsol, Inc. (“SV Techsol” or the “Company”). Cleanova is a leading global manufacturer of advanced industrial filtration solutions owned by PX3 Partners, the London-headquartered private equity firm.

Founded in 1990 by John Dryden and headquartered in Campbell, California, in the heart of Silicon Valley, SV Techsol designs and manufactures highly engineered, customized fan filter units (“FFUs”) and tool-integrated environmental control modules for advanced semiconductor equipment manufacturers, including systems for wafer fabrication, metrology, and inspection.

The addition of SV Techsol further expands Cleanova’s presence in semiconductor and ultra-clean controlled environment filtration, following the acquisitions of TES-Clean Air Systems (“TES”) and Airflotek in December 2025. Together, the three businesses form a core part of Cleanova.NEXUS™, Cleanova’s platform for semiconductor, cleanroom, data center, and other highly controlled environments.

The Ashurst Perkins Coie team was led by partners Ian Bagshaw and Craig Fagan, and counsel Ivo Basoski, assisted by associate Michael Dawes and senior legal business analyst Sumaiyah Patel.
