Ashurst Perkins Coie grows tax practice with London partner hire   

Global law firm Ashurst Perkins Coie announces the appointment of Chris Hyde as a partner in the Tax practice, based in London, as the firm continues to build out its corporate capabilities.

Chris has built a strong reputation for complex, cross-border and high-value tax advice, with a particular focus on the financial services sector. His practice spans securitisations, bilateral lending, fund finance and specialty finance, alongside experience advising in relation to corporate M&A and restructuring mandates. Chris also advises a broad range of listed and unlisted real estate investors on tax matters.
