Assault appeal in Wilsonton, QLD

Police are seeking public assistance to help identify two men involved in an assault in Wilsonton in the early hours of Wednesday, December 9.

Around 3.40am a man was walking through Captain Cook Reserve on MacGregor Street, when he was approached by two men. One of the men punched the victim in the face twice and demanded his watch. The victim complied before the man went to punch the victim again. The victim punched the man in the face before returning to his car and leaving the area.

The first man is described as 188cm tall, slim build and wearing a white rip curl hoodie and jeans. He has the words “GAME OVER” tattooed in his knuckles.

The second man is described as 175cm tall and wearing black shorts and a black t-shirt.

The 31-year-old victim received medical treatment for bruising and scratches on his face.

A comfit has been produced of the men involved in the incident and detectives are appealing for anyone who recognises the men or has further information to contact police.
