Officers from the Perth Police Station are investigating an incident that occurred on Monday, 6 June 2022 at an event held at Burswood Park on Bolton Avenue, Burswood.
About 9.15pm, during the Birds of Tokyo concert, a physical altercation occurred between a group of men resulting in one man (20) receiving a blow to his face. The group left the area before coming back into the concert area and becoming involved in another altercation. A member of the public who was standing nearby was struck to the face resulting in a deep laceration to his chin, requiring medical treatment.
