Assault at unit complex in Scarborough

Mirrabooka Detectives are investigating an incident that occurred outside a unit complex on Pearl Parade (between Ozone Parade and Diego Court) in Scarborough on Monday, 14 March 2022.

About 5.25pm, a 17-year-old male was standing in the driveway of unit complex arguing with a woman who was on the balcony on the first floor of the complex, when a man walked up to the 17-year-old and struck him to the head and arm multiple times with a metal object.

The victim who was bleeding heavily was conveyed by ambulance to Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital for treatment.

Detectives urge anyone with information regarding this incident, who has CCTV, mobile phone or dash-cam vision of the area between 5.15pm and 5.30pm, to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or online at www.crimestopperswa.com.au.
