AusNet has begun works near Tallarook to replace underground cables that supply power to communication towers.
The project will take place in the Mt Hickey section of Tallarook State Forest, with works expected to continue until mid-December.
Crews are working progressively from Seed Track, across Main Road, along Gravel Pit Track and through to the Caddell Track intersection.
Road closures will be in effect from the Seed Track and Fred Track intersection to the Gravel Pit Track and Cadell Track intersection. Detours will be place.
