It’s official: Sustainability Victoria has been named one of the best places to work in Australia and New Zealand.
Ranked 1st on the 2023 AFR Boss Best Places to Work List in the Government, Education & Not-For-Profit sector, Sustainability Victoria placed fourth in last year’s prestigious annual list, which is based on a rigorous assessment process managed by Australia’s leading behavioural science consultancy, Inventium.
The assessment included a staff survey and a written submission, with questions relating to policies, practices and programs that exist within the organisation to support and get the best out of our employees.
Sustainability Victoria’s Interim CEO Matt Genever said he’s proud of the achievement and of the many people within the organisation who really do make it the best place to work.
“This award means the world to us,” Mr Genever said.
“We want Sustainability Victoria to be an engaging place for our teams to work, feel supported and enjoy what they do.
