Hills Fleurieu Police arrested four men and are searching for another after a vehicle failed to stop for police at Mount Barker.

Just after 7pm on Sunday 24 February, a white station wagon drove off from a driver testing station on the South Eastern Freeway at Mount Barker.

The vehicle was pursued briefly before it was immediately dumped in Nixon Road, Mount Barker and five men ran from the car.

Police quickly apprehended four of the men and are trying to locate the fifth.

It will be alleged the men, aged 23, 25, 26 and 28, all from the northern suburbs, are members or associates of the Rebels outlaw motorcycle gang.
