As part of Council’s Road Management Plan, we’re repairing the beachside footpath at the south end of Bluff Road in Black Rock (adjacent to 1 – 35 Bluff Road). We’re renewing sections of the brick pavers to improve the aesthetics and safety of the footpath and replacing the bollards.
The remaining bollards in the activity centre will be replaced in a second phase of works, with timing still to be confirmed.
Works are commencing Monday, 28 April and will take up to 3 weeks, weather permitting.
During the renewal, visitors to this end of Bluff Road may experience some temporary parking and footpath restrictions. All shops will remain open during works.
