Break and enter in Greenbank, QLD

Detectives have released vision of a break and enter at a Greenbank service station overnight.

At 1.30am a stolen silver Commodore stopped at a Middle Road business before a male passenger got out of the vehicle and smashed a window with a sledge hammer.

The man entered the store and attempted to remove cigarettes before the alarm sounded and the man ran from the store empty-handed.

The 2002 silver Holden Commodore was stolen from a Hillcrest house on May 7.

Detectives are appealing for anyone who has seen the vehicle or recognises the driver or man to contact police.
