Building begins at Boss James Reserve Pavilion

Site establishment works for the Boss James Reserve Pavilion upgrade has begun, kicking off the pavilion’s 12-month transformation.

A new environmentally conscious facility will meet the changing needs of community sport; supporting players of all genders and abilities and providing shelter for spectators.

This project is part of our Sportsground Pavilion Improvement Plan, which delivers fit for purpose community infrastructure across Bayside.

What to expect during works

Construction fencing is being installed around the existing building, builder’s compound and temporary club facilities to ensure a safe construction environment.

The sportsground and pedestrian access ways will remain open during works.

The James Cresent and David Street carparks will both be closed for public use during works.
