Burglary and domestic violence offender at Innisfail

Innisfail police are currently searching an area of cane paddock behind Oak, Ash and Wattle streets, Hudson for a 29-year-old Cairns man who police believe can assist them with several on-going investigations.

The investigations include burglary, stolen vehicles and domestic violence offences which have allegedly occurred during October in Townsville, Manoora and Hudson.

The 29-year-old is described as of Torres Strait Islander descent, approximately 170cms tall, with a solid muscular build and very short / shaved black hair.

He may possibly be riding a stolen black and orange mountain bike and wearing dark pants.

If sighted, the public are urged not to approach the man as he may be dangerous, but to immediately call police on Triple Zero (000).

The public are also asked to avoid the search area.

Police are also searching for a stolen white 2020 Volkswagen Polo hatchback with Queensland registration 375 ZPB, stolen from Townsville overnight 27-28 October and sighted in Hudson on October 31.
