Police are investigating an armed robbery at an address in Griffin overnight.

It will be alleged around 10pm two males have arrived at an address on Greens Road, in a stolen vehicle, and entered the property through a bedroom window, whilst the occupants were home.

Once inside the pair have stolen a handbag and two sets of car keys before attempting to leave the address in a vehicle parked outside.

Police are appealing for assistance to locate the men. One of the men is described as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander in appearance and was wearing all black with a black hoodie.
