The NSW Government’s Business Bus is visiting communities across NSW to provide advice to business owners looking to become more productive and profitable.
Small business owners in and around Coffs Harbour and Woolgoolga can hop on board the bus this week for trusted advice from a Business Connect advisor or a quick business health check.
Department of Industry Executive Director Trade and Investment NSW Kylie Bell said that the Business Bus had visited 100 communities across the state in the last year.
“The Business Bus is part of the NSW Government’s multi-million dollar Business Connect program which supports small businesses to thrive in metropolitan and regional economies,” Ms Bell said.
“The Bus travels all over NSW to let small business owners know about the NSW Government support available to help them start and grow.
“Visiting the Business Bus can help a business operator take the vital next step, whether they’re just starting out, wanting to ensure their business is sustainable or aiming to go global.
Ms Bell said businesses can access guidance on everything from planning the next stage of your business to making the most of your marketing or using new digital tools.
“We are investing $30 million in Business Connect, with 70 per cent of services to be delivered to regional businesses,” Ms Bell said
“There are 765,000 small businesses across NSW – and they’re the lifeblood of our State’s, regional and local economies,” she said.
The Business Bus will visit the following locations between 9am and 3pm:
- Coffs Harbour – City Square, Coffs Harbour (Between Harbour Drive and Park Ave) on Thursday 9 May
- Woolgoolga – 56 Beach St, Woolgoolga (in front of NAB) on Friday 10 May
