The Northern Territory Police Force is calling for information in relation to a vehicle fire that occurred in Tennant Creek in the early hours of yesterday morning.
Around 2:20am on Thursday morning, the Joint Emergency Services Communication Centre received a report of a vehicle on fire at Kargaru Camp in Tennant Creek.
Police attended and located a vehicle fully engulfed in flames in the yard of a vacant residence.
Northern Territory Fire and Rescue Service members attended and extinguished the fire. No injuries were reported to police.
A crime scene was established and at this stage police believe the fire was deliberately lit sometime around 2am.
